How does the pickup display work?

As soon as an order is marked ready in the kitchen, its number moves from "in progress" to "ready for collection". Guests see for themselves when it is their turn.

Does my team still have to call out numbers?

No. That is exactly what the pickup display takes over. On request the device also plays a short signal tone when a new number appears.

Does the display also show platform and web shop orders?

Yes. Orders from the POS, the terminal, the web shop and the delivery platforms all run through the same display, wherever they come from.

How does the kitchen display help with daily operations?

Orders from the POS, web shop, delivery platforms, QR ordering and self-ordering appear automatically and clearly on the kitchen display. The team can see whether an order is open, in progress or ready.

How do setup and support work?

Our team configures OrderRight with you and makes sure the system is ready to use. You then receive personal support as well as free updates and improvements.

How much does an OrderRight POS system for hospitality cost?

The licence for the POS system starts at 49 € per month. OrderRight is modular — you only pay for the features you actually need, and hardware is chosen separately to suit your business. All plans can be cancelled monthly and include personal setup, support and free updates.
