By default, information such as your IP address, time and duration of your visit, operating system, browser and page views are collected. By default, we store the following data in the server log files: time of the request, the IP address of the requester, the HTTP method and version used, the URL accessed, the HTTP response status, the number of bytes delivered, the referrer (this is the URL of the page that linked to the page accessed) and the user agent (this is information about your browser and operating system with version status). We cannot assign the data to specific persons and will not combine it with data from other data sources. The server log files are completely deleted from our systems after 7 days at the latest. The mandatory fields are marked accordingly and must be filled out by you if you want us to take your order into account. Voluntary information is, as the name suggests, voluntary and does not have to be provided by you.

Registration is not possible on our website.
This website uses cookies and comparable technologies. Technically necessary is only the storage of your consent decision: so that the consent banner does not reappear on every page view, we store in your browser’s local storage under the key “or-consent” which categories you agreed to and when. This value contains no personal data and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; no consent is required for this. All further services in the statistics and marketing categories (see sections 17 to 21) are loaded only after your express consent. Before consent is given, no such script is executed and no cookie is set. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
On your first visit we ask you via a banner whether you wish to allow services in the statistics and marketing categories. Both categories are switched off by default and are not loaded without your active choice; declining is just as easy as agreeing. We store your decision together with its timestamp locally in your browser so that we can demonstrate and respect it (Art. 7(1) GDPR). This decision is not transmitted to us or to third parties. Via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer you can view, change and withdraw your selection at any time.
If you consent to the statistics category, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse your use of this website. It records in particular the pages you visit, time spent, approximate location, the device used and the source of your visit. Your IP address is truncated and not stored permanently. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you consent to the marketing category, we use Google Ads provided by Google Ireland Limited to measure the performance of our advertising. The legal basis for Google's processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.
If you consent to the marketing category, we use the Meta pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. It allows us to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads again to visitors of this website on those platforms. The pixel records which pages you visit and whether you submit a form, and transmits this information to Meta. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta can link this data to your user account and process it for its own purposes; we have no influence over that further processing. We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection and transmission (Art. 26 GDPR). Transfer of data to the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Further information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
If you reach our website via an advertisement, the link contains parameters describing the campaign (for example utm_source or utm_campaign). If you submit a contact or demo form, we store these parameters together with your enquiry in our customer management system so that we can trace how the contact came about. As long as you do not submit a form, the parameters are held only in memory for the duration of your visit; nothing is stored on your device for this purpose and no data is transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the performance of our own advertising under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time.
