Offline modeKeeps running when the signal drops
Offline mode takes orders and cash payments without a connection and syncs them automatically as soon as there is signal again. Nothing gets lost, nothing is booked twice, and you don't have to enter anything by hand afterwards. At the festival, on an industrial estate or on a market square with no reception, the hatch stays open and the queue keeps moving – and the end-of-day close in the evening is still complete. Your float adds up too, because cash payments are recorded just like card revenue.
POS systemPOS and card terminal in one hand
Tap in the order, tap the card, print the receipt – all on one battery powered handheld. No second terminal, no cable to a socket, no counter space at the hatch that you don't have anyway. Card, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay all run straight through the POS. Card revenue and cash sit in the same report without reconciling, instead of in two systems that contradict each other in the evening. One device also means keeping an eye on one battery instead of two.
Web & app shopPre-order instead of standing in the queue
Guests pre-order through your own web and app shop and collect at the agreed time. Orders go straight to your POS, with no platform commission. That makes busy periods and preparation easier to plan.
StatisticsYou can see which pitch pays off
Every sale lands live in your reporting: revenue per day, best sellers, payment methods, assigned to the pitch you stood on. If you run several trucks or an extra fixed stand, you see each one individually and all of them together. That lets you decide on numbers instead of gut feel which pitch fee carries itself and how much to prep for the next weekend. The numbers are live in the dashboard, not only after sorting things out at the end of the month.
