AppointmentsFrom the barbershop walk-in to the booked appointment – one till
Booked appointments and spontaneous walk-ins land in the same sale. Your team works in a day view with a column per member of staff, including availability and conflict checking – you create, move or cancel appointments directly. If somebody comes in without an appointment, you enter the treatment at the till and assign it to whoever is free. Both sit in the same end-of-day close, so you need no second count and no reconciliation between two systems. If someone just wants to book a slot for next week in between, the sale in progress stays open.
Web & app shopOnline booking around the clock, for the nail salon too
Customers book for themselves through your web shop: pick a member of staff, pick a free slot, get a confirmation – no phone call needed. Free slots are visible live and follow the availability you've stored for your team, including outside opening hours. If a treatment takes an hour and a half, the slot is blocked accordingly and never given out twice. For reception that means fewer calls and more calm while working. You edit or cancel appointments in the same calendar, without opening a second tool.
StatisticsRevenue, utilisation and a commission basis per stylist
Every service and every product sold hangs off the person who delivered it. That shows you, per member of staff, how full the calendar was, what revenue came in and how much of it came from retail. It's the basis you settle commission on, without sorting receipts at the end of the month. The report is up to date the same day, not only after the monthly close. Comparing two months or two locations runs through the same view.
Loyalty pointsLoyalty card, gift cards and treatment history
Loyalty points are credited automatically on every visit, and you set the multiplier and the redemption threshold yourself. You sell gift cards and stored-value cards straight from the till and redeem them at any of your locations, with the remaining balance always visible. On top of that comes the client history: who was in when, which treatment, which colour, which product. In an appointment business, regulars are half your revenue – the system holds on to them, not a notebook. That way a stand-in also knows immediately what was used last time.
